I've had my session or attended an event you were at, what do I do next?

It's time to check out our photo gallery.

All of our photos are available for purchase online.  Follow the link to our galleries.  If you had a private session with us, your picture will be in the Portraits section.  You probably also received an email from us with a link directly to your gallery.  If you attended an event we were at, look for the name and date of the event.  We are also offering animal rescue portraits for sale.  Those photos can be found in the Rescue Group Photoshoots section.  Please read more about our rescue program here or use the Rescue link on the menu.

Browse through the photos.

Many of our photos have keywords such as a dog's name, location, etc. that will help limit the photos to review in one particular gallery.  This is especially helpful in the Rescue Group Photoshoots galleries.  Open one of the galleries, find one photo that you want, and then click on the appropriate keyword below the picture.

Choose your photos.

Decide which product(s) you're interested in.  Have questions regarding cropping/what do those red lines mean?  Looking for different look such as old style sepia or black and white?  What about colorizing just a portion of a portrait and moving the rest to black and white?  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it us and we'll work with you to get just the look you want for the product you're interested in.  We don't charge extra for these services.

Add your choices to your cart.

To purchase an item, choose the photo, click on the "Buy: this photo" link.  A new window will be displayed that will allow you to choose prints, merchandise, or downloads.  For standard use photos, we suggest purchasing photos with a lustre finish.  Lustre finish provides the best of both worlds as it has the color saturation of gloss with the fingerprint resistance of matte.  Giclée watercolor prints and canvases are available.  For run and to add interest, metallic prints will add that WOW! factor.  Once you have finished with your first photo click on "Back to photos" to continue through the rest of the gallery.  You may purchase photos from multiple galleries on one order.

Finalize your order.

Once your have made all your selections, you proceed to your cart and final checkout.  Once you review your order, you may find that some items need cropping.  After each order is placed, our photographers will perform a final review prior to releasing the order.  This review will include cropping, photo settings, and item purchased to help you receive the best photo possible.  If you have any questions or concerns, please call or email us.

Numerous shipping options are available.  You'll need to make a selection or accept the default.

Payments are accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  On your credit card statement you will be billed by SmugMug - our online fulfillment partner.

While you're waiting for your order, our photographers will personally review every order to confirm cropping, final color corrections, and other adjustments that might be needed for your order before it goes to printing.
