What type of finish should I order for my prints?

There are a number of options available.  Please refer to our articles on Paper Types and Photo Mounting Options.  For standard use, we suggest purchasing photos with a lustre finish.  Lustre finish provides the best of both worlds as it has the color saturation of gloss with the fingerprint resistance of matte.

What else can I have made with my photos other than prints?

Just about anything you can think of!  We have some ideas in the articles Other Printed Products and Merchandise.  If you don't see your idea listed, please contact us and we'd be happy to find it for you.

What size photos do you sell?

There are a number of different sizes available depending on the finish, paper, and mounting options you are interested in.  Please refer to the Photo Sizes article document for more information.  Don't be afraid to go large or to put together a number of different photos in different sizes.  There is a whole world out there other than 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10.  Different sizes bring attention to your displayed pictures.

All these different choices are getting confusing - will you help me figure it all out?

Absolutely!  Let us know you'd like some assistance and we can get together to go over samples we have of different photo types, cropping, colorizing, papers, and finishes.  We can also discuss what your goal is for your pictures.  Generally we'll start this conversation when you book your photo session.  We'll also review your goals during the session as well.  We can then help with suggestions as you are reviewing your galleries online.

What happens if there is a printing problem with my order?

If you are unhappy with your prints or gifts, our online fulfillment partner will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer.  We will work with you to make it right.

How much do your photo sessions and photos cost?

Our sessions start at $150.  8x10's starting at $30.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No.  You may order as many or as few photos and products as you would like.  Most of our clients order a minimum of $300.
